ICCT Colleges held its 19th Commencement Exercises at the Ynares Center, Antipolo City on May 4, 2013. One thousand one hundred one (1101) candidates for graduation marched with head held high with their parents opening the graduation rites.
ICCT Colleges’ executives was present to witness the students’ endeavors came full circle. The the newly appointed College President, Ms. Vivien Co-Say, M.A., personally extended her felicitations to graduates and their parents.
Hon. Casimiro A. Ynares III, MD, the event’s special guest and speaker delivered his speech and inspired the candidates for graduation parents and faculty members present.
Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Provincial Director, Ms. Velma S. Salazar, graced the graduation of 469 TechVoc and associate course graduates.
The College of Arts and Sciences was proud to produce the graduates with the highest academic distinction amongst all in this batch. Ms. Ladyline Fonte and Rose Ann Colinares, both took up Bachelor of Science in Psychology emerged Cum Laudes of the institution’s 19th Commencement Exercises.
Ms. Fonte, delivered her heartfelt speech, that warmed the hearts of the graduates and specially, the parents to whom, she said, her speech was dedicated to. Indeed, supporting the students’ pursuit of academic development and distinction is a tough job. The recognition, above the students and educators, must be given to the hard-working parents.
The event climaxed with the singing of the graduation song, “Time of Our Lives”, tribute song for the parents, “Glowing Inside” and the ICCT Hymn accompanied with Visual presentation of the graduates’ photos.
